Trust is the foundation of supply chain members' cooperation and the key factor for supply chain operating effectively. The trust evaluation model  is presented in this paper, then the important factors influencing evolution of the trust  relationship and the stability of the cooperative relationship are analyzed.
  The results show that it needs to establish tracking mechanism of the transaction records.   Furthermore, trust between supply chain members is the result of evolutionary game.   The system can evolve to the high trust equilibrium by increasing the expected high trust profits,   decreasing the cost of high trust, establishing fair and effective benefits and risk allocation mechanism and attaching more intention to the cooperation.
