Abstract

In this paper, the polynomial type of Hamilton system is considered. Using Wu elimination method, a new algorithm is given to determine the system regularity. For regular systems, the Hamiltonian and motion equations are obtained. For degenerate systems, two new algorithms are given to solve the constraints,
and the constrained Hamiltonian and constrained motion equations are obtained.
These algorithms can be executed in symbolic computation software platform.
