Abstract

In this paper we discuss the problem that the regulated output is not affected by theexternal disturbance using measurement output feedback.We introduce the concept ofabsolutely observable subsystem under measurement output feedback,i.e.,the subsystemalways is observable for the regulated output under arbitrary measurement output fee-dback.Then,the necessary and sufficient condition for the realization of disturbance re-sistance by measurement feedback is obtained.
