Abstract

By use of Yokoyama controllable canonical form and the theory of polynomial matrix,the necessary and sufficient comditions are obtained for the block decoupling of linear systems,given the cut P,by means of state feedback and non-singular input transformation.Further,wealso obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions for the solution of the stable block de-coupling problem.
