摘要

用户的感性期望日益受到产品设计师和企业的关注. 为解决多 维感性诉求下产品设计方案评价过程中存在的复杂性与主观性问题, 从感 性工学(Kansei Engineering, KE)角度, 以犹豫模糊集为评价信息载体, 在TOPSIS方法框架下提出一种新的犹豫模糊Kansei-TOPSIS评价方法. 首先, 引入感性工学中复合感性意象量化用户的情感信息. 其次, 为了更加充分地体 现感性偏好的模糊性、不确定性以及最大限度地利用专家小组评价信息, 以犹 豫模糊数的形式表征专家小组的感性偏好评价信息. 同时, 考虑到TOPSIS方法 中距离公式无法考虑感性评价信息特有的时间结构分布特性问题, 构建了一种 犹豫模糊相关熵测度用于度量备选方案与理想方案间的差异. 最后, 以智能手机 为例, 并与相关方法进行对比分析验证所提方法的科学合理性.

Abstract

The perceptual expectations of users are increasingly concerned by product designers and companies. In order to solve the complexity and subjectivity problems in the evaluation process of product design schemes under multi-dimensional perceptual appeals, from the perspective of Kansei Engineering (KE), using hesitant fuzzy sets as the evaluation information carrier, a new approach is proposed under the framework of the TOPSIS method. The hesitation of fuzzy Kansei-TOPSIS evaluation method. First, the composite perceptual image in perceptual engineering is introduced to quantify the user's emotional information. Secondly, in order to fully reflect the fuzziness and uncertainty of perceptual preference and maximize the use of the evaluation information of the evaluation group, the evaluation information of the evaluation group's perceptual preference is represented in the form of hesitation fuzzy numbers. At the same time, considering that the distance formula in TOPSIS cannot consider the unique time structure distribution characteristics of perceptual evaluation information, a hesitant fuzzy correlation entropy measure is constructed to measure the difference between the evaluation plan and the ideal plan. Finally, we take the smart phone as an example, and compare and analyze with related methods to verify the scientific rationality of the proposed method.
