The perceptual expectations of users are increasingly concerned by
product designers and companies. In order to solve the complexity and subjectivity
problems in the evaluation process of product design schemes under multi-dimensional
perceptual appeals, from the perspective of Kansei Engineering (KE), using hesitant
fuzzy sets as the evaluation information carrier, a new approach is proposed under
the framework of the TOPSIS method. The hesitation of fuzzy Kansei-TOPSIS evaluation
method. First, the composite perceptual image in perceptual engineering is introduced
to quantify the user's emotional information. Secondly, in order to fully reflect
the fuzziness and uncertainty of perceptual preference and maximize the use of the
evaluation information of the evaluation group, the evaluation information of the
evaluation group's perceptual preference is represented in the form of hesitation
fuzzy numbers. At the same time, considering that the distance formula in
TOPSIS cannot consider the unique time structure distribution characteristics
of perceptual evaluation information, a hesitant fuzzy correlation entropy
measure is constructed to measure the difference between the evaluation plan
and the ideal plan. Finally, we take the smart phone as an example, and compare
and analyze with related methods to verify the scientific rationality of the
proposed method.
