In this paper, we study the growth and the value distributions of random series in the place with coefficients $\{X_n,n\ge 0\}$, which are $\text{ii}-$ mixing random sequences, satisfying $\text{cc}E|X_n|>0,\text{pp}E|X_n{|}^q<\mathrm{\infty }$, $(q>1)$ and other suitable conditions, and obtain some new results.
