  We will give the definition of the linear kernel of boolean functions and prove that, by a reversible linear transformation, any linear structure boolean function can be transformed into a boolean function which is linear to some variables, is non-relative to some variables and is of non-linear structure to other variables; any Partially-Bent Function can be transformed into a boolean function which is linear to some variables, is nonrelativeto some variables ans is bent to other variables. We will also discuss the Walsh Spectral Characterization of Partially-Bent Functions.

  This paper is devoted to investigating neutron transport in nonhomogeneous slab with generalized boundary conditions and anisotropic scattering-fission kernel. The time dependent equation and the corresponding transport operator A are discussed in the space of continuous functions. Some aspects of the spectral properties of A (e.g.,the properties of Pas(A) and the dominant eigenvalue of A, etc.) are considered and the existence- uniqueness of the classical time dependent solution is obtained. Furthermore, an asymptotic expansion (under the maximum norm) of the time dependent solution is given and the asymptotic behavior is studied.

  There are some warranty policies commonly used: (1) Free-replacement warranty policy (FRW). (2) Pro-rata warranty policy (PRW). (3) Combination policies. In this paper) a brief review of policies 1 and 2 as well as some new distribution properties of successive purchase times under the combination policies are given. In addition, a new warranty policy is suggested. Under this policy the failed item within free replacement period [0,W] is subjected to minimal repair. Under certain cost structure, the long run average cost of customers and the profit of producers are analyzed. Finally, some examples are given.

  In this paper we prove the following: Let G be connected balanced bipartite graph of order 2n\geq 4. If G satisfies the localization condition |N_2(u)\N(v)| + 2 \leq d(u), for any u,v∈ V(G) and d(u, v) = 3 where N_2(u) = {w|w∈V(G) and d(u, w)= 2}, then G is either bipancyclic or isomorphic to C_6. Furthermore, a conjecture is proposed.

  Under a locally generalized Gaussian error's structure, we obtain strong uniform consistency for nonparametric regression function estimators and strong consistency for parametric component estimators in semiparametric regression model. The strong consistency rates for these estimators are also given.

  Even for elliptic variational inequality systems with degenerate ellipticity in the form of (1) the boundedness and regularity are unsolved for general obstacle problems. In this paper the C~(1,α) regularity of solutions is proved only for a special case of obstacle problems of (1).
