为了不损害销售商的声誉而对整个订购批量进行全面质量检查以找出次品是非常有必要的, 同时也减少因退货而产生的额外 成本.在最近的次品库存模型研究中, Taleizadeh等(2020)研究了销售商从远距离供应商订购的产品批量中含有次品且在缺货期间从本地供应商紧急订购小批量合格品补充库存的问题, 构建了1)库存水平为零时紧急订购产品到达、2)拖后需求量等于次品数量时紧急订购产品到达、3)紧急订购产品到达时库存仍短缺等三种情形的库存模型.然而这3个模型存在着库存运作上的问题.文章的贡献在于指出这3个模型中存在的问题,并重新构建与修正了相应的三种情形的库存模型.研究结果发现第三种情形是第二种情形的扩展,而且三种情形中第一种情形销售商期望利润最少,文章最后考察了主要参数对库存系统的影响.
In order to maintain the seller's reputation and reduce the additional costs incurred due to returns, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive quality inspection to find out the defective items. Recently, Taleizadeh, et al. (2020) studied the inventory model with defective items in the batch of products ordered by the seller from a distant supplier, in which shortage is allowed, and during the shortage period the seller urgently orders a small batch of perfect items from a local supplier to replenish the inventory. Also, Taleizadeh, et al. (2020) proposed the following three cases inventory models: 1) The emergency order products are received when the inventory level is zero; 2) The emergency order products are received when the backordered quantity is equal to the defective items quantity; 3) The emergency order products are received when shortage is still remained. However, these three models have some problem with inventory operations. The contribution of this paper is to point out the problems existing in these three models, and reconstruct and revise the corresponding three cases inventory models. Furtherly, the optimal replenishment strategies are obtained by using a two-stage optimization method. The results show that the third case is an extension of the second case, and in the first case the seller has the least expected profit among three cases. Finally, the influence of the main parameters on the inventory system is investigated.
