Sales channel selection and remanufacturing quality
investment are the key factors affecting the sales of remanufactured
products, and altruistic concern behavior of enterprises is an
important guarantee to maintain the stability of supply chain
structure. Based on the single and double sales channel structures,
four closed-loop supply chain models with and without altruistic
concerns are constructed. Firstly, the differences of product
pricing, demand and member profits under different channel
structures are compared. Secondly, the influences of altruistic
concerns and quality input in different channel structures are
further analyzed. The results show that: 1) Generally speaking, in
the dual-channel mode, the sales pricing of products is lower,
while the demand of remanufactured products and the overall demand
are higher. However, when the manufacturer is completely
altruistic, the sales pricing, demand and the overall profit of
the closed-loop supply chain under the two modes are consistent. 2)
In the single-channel mode, manufacturers' altruistic concern
behavior can promote the overall sales of products, while in the
dual-channel mode, some remanufactured consumers will flow into the
new product market. 3) Remanufacturing quality investment can always
improve consumers' recognition and sales of remanufactured products,
and the dual-channel model is more conducive to manufacturers'
quality investment activities
